If you have purchased a short course or training then this information is for you!
All Star Witch Astrology trainings are delivered from the Star Witch Student Portal, which you will have created a login and password when you joined.
Please record these details somewhere you can access easily when you return to join the training program.

Step One Click on Star Witch Students on the dashboard and log in with your details.
Step Two Click on TRAININGS & COURSES to access all the courses you are enrolled in, or that you would like to purchase
Step Three Once you are logged in the system will recognise you are a participant.
Click View to go to the training.
Account Access You can also click your name next to the notification bell to access your personal account and to view any Courses or Trainings you have purchased.
HAVING TROUBLE?
New Account Creation - Confirm your email
If you are enrolling for the first time you will be required to confirm your email. This is a system generated email and sometimes is delayed. It can also be delivered to your spam / junk folder.

You won't be able to access your student portal until your email is confirmed and secure.
Enrolled but your course isn't showing up?
Please check your emails for confirmation of your course enrolment and that payment was securely processed.

Make sure you are logged in with the account name the course was purchased in.

If the email address was entered incorrectly confirmation emails will not be delivered. Please get in touch if you think this might have happened, or you aren't receiving your course confirmation emails and we will reset your account information.
